The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable processes to ensure excellent client experiences, as well as for establishing and managing key broker and client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering high-quality work, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The VP will work closely with cross-functional leaders to drive the company's mission forward and will be expected to monitor and coach the team on client success KPIs, and develop and execute strategy plans to improve client satisfaction and support retention. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of experience in managing and growing a high-performing B2B account management organization, particularly in the healthcare, benefits, or well-being industry. A proven track record of delivering strong client satisfaction and retention, as well as experience in supporting clients to increase engagement with SaaS solutions, is essential. The role demands a self-starter with a systematic approach to problem-solving, a strong ability to think operationally, and a desire to be part of a mission to improve the healthcare system. The VP will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time and must be adept at collaborating with product, sales, and member services teams to meet the company's enrollment and engagement goals.
