We are seeking an experienced tax professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and leading a team towards excellence. Key Responsibilities : Directing and supervising tax engagements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards Leading a team of tax professionals, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment Developing and implementing tax strategies that optimize client outcomes and minimize tax liabilities Cultivating and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions Staying abreast of tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and imparting this knowledge to the team and clients The Ideal Candidate : The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing our tax practice, managing client relationships, and providing strategic tax planning and compliance guidance.
