Analyze HR data to identify trends as well as to develop innovative operational strategies and potential cost-saving opportunities on behalf of multinational company using data analysis tools and techniques and by preforming analytics regarding multi-faceted business problems (payroll, data collection methods, ensuring data accuracy, advanced analysis, auditing, invoicing, etc.). Recommend new strategies to improve operations and talent recruitment function using Workday, Excel and other HR-based data tools. Work on cross-functional HR projects and initiatives, including conducting periodic audits of global HR data to identify errors, discrepancies, or potential areas for improvement. Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports related to HR expenditures, budgets, and forecasting. Assist with the end-to-end process of global HR and payroll invoicing, including invoice creation, review, approval, and payment processing for both domestic and international vendors. Help monitor and reconcile specific HR and payroll accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with reconciliations. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external auditors during global HR/ payroll audits, providing documentation and assistance as required. Requirements: Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science and two (2) years of experience in job offered or two (2) years of data analysis experience working on payroll/HR functions Salary: $53.83 per hour Location: New York, NY Employer: Starr Insurance Holdings, Inc.
