Description: Job Description: Responsible for the ongoing administration of an assigned portfolio of construction real estate loans and for reporting to the Managing Director/or Executive Director to advise and consult in connection with deal specifics, compliance, and concerns. II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES • As an employee of CIBC, the incumbent must comply with all applicable CIBC and Line of Business policies, standards, guidelines and controls. • Processing construction loan progress payments for commercial real estate loans by providing detailed risk analysis of project budgets, documentation review and verification of funds for disbursement. • Construction Portfolio Administration: § Conformance with Loan Documentation Requirements for Disbursement § Direct Management of the loan draw request analysis/processing and budget analysis/oversight § Regularly review contractor payment applications along with confirmation of Lender’s third-party consultant’s approval of contractor requested amounts § Confirmation of acceptable title updates/endorsements for disbursement § Responsible for the collection of construction draw data for daily/monthly/quarterly reporting § Collaborate with LOB in decision making relative to recommendation/funding of draw requests • Coordinate funding logistics with: § Line of Business/Relationship Managers § Loan Operations/Servicing § Participant Banks § Title Company Skills: Accounting, General ledger, Reconciliation Top Skills Details: Accounting,General ledger,Reconciliation Experience Level: Entry Level About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
