Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of substantive civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on foreclosures, contracts, and property rights matters. This position is for our client's Ft. Lauderdale office and offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented attorney committed to exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: - Handle a variety of civil litigation cases, including foreclosures, contracts, and property rights disputes. - Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. - Manage discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews. - Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials. - Provide clients with clear, timely, and professional communication regarding case updates and strategies. Qualifications: - Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing. - At least 3 years of substantive civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in foreclosures, contracts, and property rights. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - A proactive approach to client service and commitment to achieving positive outcomes.
