Homes.com is growing quickly and we’re looking for a powerhouse Product Manager, based in Washington, DC, to accelerate our growth. Homes.com is a CoStar Group company with 20 years' experience in leading and growing digital marketplaces. What We Are Looking For: Homes.com is seeking a dynamic, high-performing product manager to lead the development and strategy of the mobile and tablet applications across iOS and Android. This position will serve as a liaison between the product team and native app development teams, to ensure feature parity across all devices is being delivered and production timelines are being met. Collaboration is critical to ensure a thorough understanding of new product features being introduced. This product manager will be responsible for writing user stories, maintaining a product backlog, and working with UI/UX designers to create designs that clearly illustrate the product vision. Successful candidates will have knowledge of the best practices for Apple and Android design systems and user experiences, while maintaining the design standards that align with the Homes.com brand. The position will be responsible for the performance of mobile app functionality and help drive engagement on mobile native applications. This position is located in Washington, D.C. and offers the following schedule : 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Responsibilities Manage & deliver the product roadmap for the Homes.com Mobile App Drive feature development from start to finish in a fast-paced Agile software development environment. This includes writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes. Work closely with user experience design, engineering and quality assurance to strategize, plan, and deliver product features. Influence the product roadmap for the product area that you manage Use data to inform product opportunities and evaluate results to define further enhancements. Spend time with customers to validate product feature ideas and help inform the product roadmap and strategy Basic Qualifications 3 years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions 2 years’ experience managing the development of digital content products for native iOS & Android apps Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Experience creating wireframes & mock ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College A track record of commitment to prior employers Preferred Qualifications and Skills 5 years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions 3 years’ experience managing the development of digital content products for native iOS & Android apps Residential Real Estate domain knowledge Experience working with Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement Partners.
