Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst specializing in Compensation to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our Oracle HCM Cloud platform, particularly in the areas of bonus structures, merit programs, and compensation plans. You will be pivotal in ensuring that our compensation strategies align with business goals and industry standards, while also driving new enhancements and improvements to optimize our HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Compensation Management: Design, configure, and maintain bonus plans, merit programs, and compensation structures within Oracle HCM Cloud. System Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features and enhancements related to compensation management. Data Analysis: Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud data to perform analysis on compensation trends, effectiveness of bonus plans, and merit increases, providing insights for decision-making. Support and Training: Provide support to end-users on compensation-related issues, troubleshooting system problems, and conducting training sessions as needed. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compensation practices adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, recommending adjustments as necessary. Qualifications: Proven experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in compensation modules (bonus, merits, comp plans). Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements and integrations. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to interpret compensation data effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present complex ideas clearly.
