Job Description Position: Real Estate Associate Attorney Location: San Antonio, TX. In office role. I am working with a fantastic award winning multi practice law firm that is searching for a Real Estate Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will be a recent law school grad within the last three years. This role will have the Associate Attorney working directly with the Partner Attorney one on one on a docket of real estate law cases. Prior real estate law experience preferred, but not required. Requirement & Qualifications of the Real Estate Attorneys: Organize and prioritize tasks. Great law school grades. Advise clients on a wide range of issues, including deb collection, enforcement of restrictive coveneants, bankruptcy, probate, and drafting and interpretation of corporate governing documents.
