Skill Set - Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, ENDEVOR, CA7 Experience: 9 years 1. Recent working experience in CICS, COBOL,DB2 is a must 2. Should drive project governance, scrum calls and able to build Scrum dashboards. Exceptional customer-facing skills Experience in dealing with complex client requirements. In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams. Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment Expertise in people management and leadership Strong organizational skills Capacity to train and guide junior team members Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: A Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor's degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
