Remote Telecom Project Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a remote Telecom Project Manager for one of our clients in the telecom industry. This role involves defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables, working closely with stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. You will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and tracking progress against established milestones. As a client-facing role, effective communication with clients and stakeholders is key. You will provide regular updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback to ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements. Additionally, you will liaise between clients and vendors, working closely with telecom carriers to manage services and ensure seamless integration. Understanding move, add, change, and disconnect (MACD) processes is vital for managing telecom services efficiently.
