Ability to pull together pricing and provide estimates to clients for work that is to be completed on the job Strong written and verbal communication skills. High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must be able to pass drug screen and background check. Primary Job Functions: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in residential and commercial Review building plan and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials. Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures, install supports and hangers, assemble and install valves and fittings, and test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks. Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded and meet the requirements of the appropriate codes and environmental protection requirements. Maintain communication and collaborate with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams with daily schedule, follow-ups, and customer concerns/requests. Coordinate with other service trades, contractors, clientele, and vendors as needed Keep your company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork. Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. Complete invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets. Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats. Occasional travel for trainings, meetings, and/or work to be completed in Utah County. Physical Demands: Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold. Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day Comfortable and capable of working in attics, basements and crawl spaces.
