Senior BI Analyst

Job Description The Business Intelligence Analyst works in a fast-paced, high-exposure team whose responsibilities include data analysis, demand modeling and research, optimization, project management, and solution design/delivery. The BI team will translate business intelligence strategy into advanced analytical experiments and models that blend data sources for creative insights into business problems and to align performance with the companys strategic goals, detailed action plans, key performance indicators, and progress metrics. The team also develops and implements systems and technology to produce decision support tools that enable leaders and system practitioners to take strategic action. You must be able to develop visualizations grounded in statistical best practices that facilitate effective communication of results and key findings to internal and external customers. as a subject matter expert in business intelligence, you will apply deep knowledge and use considerable judgement to determine the approach to ambiguous challenges, exercise considerable judgement to make decisions and influence across the company. Skills and Requirements o 4 years of analytical experience or related area. o A Bachelors degree with a focus in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, business, computer science, or engineering, or an additional 2 years of training or experience in lieu of this degree. o Detailed knowledge and understanding of business intelligence functions, including analytics, data mining, reporting, report conversion, data cleansing, data modeling and relational databases. o Advanced SQL skills. o Demonstrated experience working with disparate data sources, data blending, and advanced database functions (e.g., database management functions). o Expert in visualization techniques, dashboard design, and decision support tools; experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. o Modeling proficiency in cluster analysis and linear regression. o Experience with descriptive and diagnostic statistics, sampling methodology, residuals analysis / ANOVA, and hypothesis / significance testing. o Ability to work well with multiple, diverse teams. o Data-driven mindset and a proven history of continuous self-development. o Demonstrated project management experience. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
