Actimize Developer (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent VMO) Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months, Option to Extend Location: Summit, NJ Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Client: Fortune 50 Financial Services Firm Position Overview: The client is seeking a Software Engineer with strong background and experience in NICE Actimize Case Management Solution Development (ActOne/RCM). In this role, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for software engineering, analyzing multi-faceted challenges that require in-depth evaluation. You will collaborate with client personnel to ensure deliverables meet function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications: 5 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent experience (work, consulting, training, military, education) 2 years experience with NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne/RCM) solution development 1 years hands-on experience with ActOne/RCM Java plugin development 4 years SQL experience 2 years experience writing code in Java with knowledge of Java memory model 2 years of experience with 12-factor and Cloud Native patterns 1 years of cloud experience (AWS, Azure, PCF, etc.) 2 years experience with Test Frameworks: Junit, TestNG, Selenium, TDD; and BDD: Cucumber/Gherkin 2 years experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions 2 years experience with database platforms (Mongo, Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc.) 2 years of experience in Kafka 2 years working in an Agile environment Desired Qualifications: Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Experience interfacing with both product owners and technical staff Responsibilities: Provide technical consultation and support for the development of applications Analyze business requirements, design technical specifications, and redesign solutions Develop original or complex code and provide coding guidance to less experienced staff Lead analysis efforts and moderately complex technical initiatives Design, code, test, debug, and document for upgrades and deployments Review technical challenges and lead teams in solving client needs Verify program logic, unit testing, and overall systems testing Oversee application migration, documentation, and user guides development Resolve escalated issues and ensure quality, security, and compliance Additional Information: Title: Software Engineer 4 / Actimize ActOne of Positions: 4 Line of Business: Risk & Internal Audit Location: Summit, NJ Contract Duration: 12 months (with possible extension or conversion) On-site Requirement: 3 days mandatory (Tuesday and Wednesday are preferred sprint days/ collaborative so would likely be on site days coupled with another of choice.)
