Business Analyst - Loan Servicing Location: Remote PLANT Loan Servicing Program PLANT is modernizing the existing Mainframe Loan Servicing and Loan Accounting systems for the AgriBank district. The team must modernize to provide a parity or parity experience to end users. The Core of the new platform will be a FISERV product known as DNA. We are looking to bring on a Business Analyst with experience in startup/ semi-ambiguous environments and knowledge of Financial Services/ Loan Servicing/ or Farm Credit. Must have demonstrable experience in owning and driving segments of work in a proactive and independent fashion. Key Experience(s) Prior experience as a Business Analyst Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices Story writing in Agile formats Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews Previously experience in Loan Servicing or Loan Accounting Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA Previous work in customer-facing environments Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized Attention to detail Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Key Technology /Certification(s): None Required, CSPO, SAFe certified, ADO experience a plus Key Responsibilities: Actively manage product backlog Conduct or participate in end-user interviews Research and capture requirements for User Stories Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews Write acceptance criteria Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.) Sit as a proxy for the PO when needed QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving to UAT DICE tkettwickc4techservices.com
