From both a personnel and systems perspective, the Navy is growing fast. As a product support analyst, you'll play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution work required to provide our Navy clients with big-picture ideas rooted in technical and data-driven solutions that will help to propel them into the future and ensure military and maritime dominance. You will help lead a dynamic team across multiple geographies and workstreams, with projects that involve analytical solutions for the implementation of modernization and logistics plans that affect the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products to enhance product flow and improve use while delivering end-to-end integrated warfighting capabilities. You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders around the world to work collaboratively to improve communication and workflow. You thrive on supporting a winning team and are eager to develop your acquisition, program management, and logistics expertise. You have a direct finger on the pulse of the policies, guidelines, and procedures required to ensure quality and cost control across a Navy major program office. You Have: 5+ years of experience with program, operations, and logistics management Experience with developing various PM and logistics deliverables Experience with managing budgets for clients Experience with using Microsoft Excel Experience with applying statistical or data analysis principles Experience with using Power BI or Tableau Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: 5+ years of experience with serving in or supporting the Navy Experience with product support manager functions, including acquisition support, supply support and outfitting, maintenance and readiness support, life cycle solutions, Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), program management and analysis, and Human Systems Integration (HSI) analysis or training Experience with developing key logistics and product support milestone documents, including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Product Support Plans, Training, and Maintenance Plans Experience with using Python or R Experience with program management of major ACAT programs Experience with the PPBE cycle Experience with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP) Experience with the 12 Integrated Product Support categories Master's degree PMP or DAWIA PM Level II or III Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
