Handle complex commercial litigation cases, from pre-trial motions to trial preparation and presentation. Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients in various industries. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, with precision and clarity. Engage in research and writing to support litigation strategies and case development. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials to manage case progress and resolve issues. Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop and execute litigation strategies. Maintain excellent client relationships and professionally represent the firm. Position Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on complex legal matters. Previous judicial clerkship experience is highly preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on legal research and writing. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously. A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. CA Bar membership is preferred, but out-of-state candidates eligible for California licensure will also be considered. Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Exceptional academic credentials, including Law Review or similar honors, are preferred. Certifications

Admitted to the State Bar of California, or eligible for admission. Skills and Attributes
