We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Regulatory Oversight Management II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is open in Atlanta, GA and Winter Park, FL. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Resides in the business and manages first line of defense regulatory oversight management efforts as they relate to investment and fiduciary account activities and related regulatory and policy requirements. Thorough knowledge of Financial Services rules regulations including OCC Regulation 9 and Wealth Management business. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical ability, and strong oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively manage projects and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to develop solutions. Provide investment review approvals and other approvals when needed to resolve escalated issues. Help develop and implement procedures to meet compliance requirements. Manage internal audit reviews. Analyzes existing legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practices for first line of defense compliance requirements. Implement project plans to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations and manage risk. No direct reports: provides guidance and training to client-facing staff in the region. Supports multiple, complex projects and owns project timelines and leadership expectations. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Solid working knowledge of fiduciary account administration strongly preferred; CTFA and/or CFIRS a plus.
