The VP - Brand Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance the company’s market position and drive growth. This role will ensure that all brand initiatives align with the company’s vision and objectives, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms and communications. Principal Duties:
Brand Development: Lead the creation and evolution of the Newrez brand, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values. Strategic Planning: Develop long-term brand strategies that drive business growth and enhance market presence. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning. Brand Messaging: Oversee the development of brand messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels. Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and achieve desired outcomes. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies. Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop the brand strategy team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and creativity. Perform personnel managerial duties such as goal setting and tracking, performance monitoring and coaching, ensuring associate engagement, and other typical managerial duties. Performs related duties as assigned by management. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 15+ years experience in brand strategy, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand initiatives. Experience in mortgage industry highly preferred. 5+ years supervisory experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve results.
