Business Development Operations Senior Manager
to join our Space Sector Business Development team. The Business Development Operations Senior Manager position requires a strong leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment across all levels of the organization. The preferred location for the role is McLean, VA; however, the following Space Systems sites are also available: Redondo Beach, CA Roy, UT Gilbert, AZ Linthicum, MD Melbourne, FL Responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to: General Serve as the single face of Sector Business Development to all Business Operations points of contact within the Divisions and Corporate. Manage the coordination of Sector-level business development reviews. Review Sector-level business development presentation content for completeness and adherence to presentation standards. Manage Sector-level business development operations rhythms and reporting. Manage Sector Business Development actions. Manage the Sector Business Development budget. Drive the execution of business development operations initiatives and projects. Ensure leadership preparation for all meetings and events. Manage the Sector BD Operations team. Key Deliverables:
Clear and open communication with BD operations counterparts; sustained positive relationships across the organization; lead and sustain a high performing team. Pipeline Management and Administration Act as a Space Sector Salesforce subject matter expert. Lead the Space Sector Salesforce Working Group. Ensure the development, integration and delivery of operations data, business development reporting requirements. Develop creative and innovative methods of visualizing and automating data. Design, tailor, and deliver pipeline tool training. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Develop best practices for CRM within Salesforce. Develop and maintain dashboards and other visuals. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related professional/military experience; or a Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience. Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance at the time of the application. Experience in business development, engineering, operations, finance, program management, or project management. Experience leading a team. 5+ years of experience in aerospace and/or the defense industries. Effective verbal and written communication. Experience with data analysis and executive level reporting. Experience with Salesforce. Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP). Experience working in business development or capture roles. Strong data analytic capability and attention to detail. Salary Range:
