THE WORK:
You’ll join a team of experienced engineers, project managers, technologists, and construction managers to ensure the long-term viability of public and private infrastructure across diverse industries.
You’ll work on project delivery across public service, utilities, transportation, and more to help our clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital moves into the core of industry where virtual and physical converge.
You’ll help our clients transform their core operations and enable them to pivot to new products & services, experiences, and business & operating models.
You’ll focus on digital reinvention of value chains across the capital projects delivery lifecycle for multiple industries.
You’ll support the strategies for growth and value creation within Industry X.
You’ll gain experience with Accenture’s ecosystem partners.
You’ll work within engagement teams to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained.
You’ll gain knowledge in Accenture Delivery Methods to support consistent project delivery based on industry-leading practices.
Break down processes into logical components and construct clear reasoning and analyses.
Job Requirements:
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Min 2 years of practical Project Control and Management Systems implementation experience on Capital Projects, specifically for Kahua or Procore.
Min 2 years experience with Project Control and Management system work processes including Project governance, cost, contract, and schedule functional areas, while leading and managing workstreams within a project to manage the workstream’s scope, timelines, and deliverables and delegate and track activities to completion.
Min 2 years experience in gathering, interpreting, and translating business and system requirements into industry-standard process and system designs for Project Control and Management systems.
Min 2 years experience in planning and leading System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing for Project Control and Management system implementations, while developing and executing Project Control and Management systems content and training.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
You have consulting and/or field experience in engineering, project management, or project controls.
Bachelor’s Degree in a business, engineering, construction, data analytics, or technology related field.
You have experience in systems integration and data conversion activities as part of a Project Control and Management systems implementation.
You have experience in leading end-to-end planning and delivery of Project Control and Management systems implementations.
Experience in the following industries: 5G/Telecomm/Network design/buildout, Life Sciences, Renewables/Hydrogen, Utilities and/or Discrete Manufacturing, Public Sector and/or Transportation.
Proficient knowledge of Project Controls environment and related software including Microsoft applications, Oracle Construction and Engineering Suite (i.e. Oracle Primavera), Hexagon Ecosys PPM, E-Builder, Procore, Kahua, PowerBI, and Tableau.
Experience delivering digital experience projects as part of a cross-functional team.
