What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage sales opportunities from qualification to close within large enterprise organizations Navigate decision-making processes and present business cases illustrating ROI Develop and execute effective territory strategies for prospecting and pipeline generation Collaborate with marketing teams to grow sales pipeline through targeted strategies Create proposals, manage the negotiation process, and track activities in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications): 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS software to enterprise clients Strong understanding of business, sales, and strategic pipeline growth Proven ability to deliver effective presentations and create strong value propositions Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals Experience in managing and tracking activities in Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Previous experience with eLearning products or solutions for frontline audiences Expertise in persuading and influencing decision-makers Demonstrated experience in prospecting and developing client relationships Flexibility to adapt to various sales activities and environments Familiarity with innovative sales and marketing tools and strategies
