Position Overview:
We currently have an exciting job opportunity for a (Senior) Business Development Manager - green hydrogen (gH2), reporting to the Head of Business Development of gH2. You will be responsible for initiating and developing industrial electrolysis solutions for our clients in the gH2 business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will identify, qualify and manage relevant business leads, partially in collaboration with the local entities
  • You will identify and build long term global and local relationships with clients and peers based on the company strategy, including the development of formal partnerships.
  • You will support the development of the overall company strategy
  • You will monitor market trends and continuously work to align our market and product strategy,
  • You will closely cooperate with sales, strategy, government affairs, and other internal departments locally and globally.
  • You will represent Green Hydrogen at relevant conferences, symposiums and trade fairs
Qualifications/Education:
  • You have a university degree in mechanical, chemical or process engineering with several years' work experience in (chemical) plant engineering or similar.
  • You have proven knowledge and experience in the energy sector, green hydrogen, renewable energy, or the process technology business
  • A strong analytical skill, strategic thinking, experience in addressing commercial and legal topics, as well as profound knowledge of business development and sales
  • Since you will closely interact with project developers, end users, engineering contractors, consultants, as well as our internal stakeholders, you are a confident person with a compliant and trustful mindset
  • Your team spirit and intercultural awareness supports you leveraging cultural differences in our international work environment.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Additional languages are a plus)
