Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $2,398 per week

Certification Details BLS ACLS NIHSS Job Details 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS-Please only submit candidates that are aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility. 13 weeks assignment with minimum 2 years experience current required in Med/Surg/Tele or Progressive Care unit required; ICU Experience also preferred and a plus. Position will float to other areas - most likely ICU - as needed but will only be required to perform skills within scope of practice. Job Requirements Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast-paced environment. BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certification required. Schedule Information 12 hour Varied position. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends and holidays may be required. Unit Specific Information Traveler will mainly be Med-Surg/Tele but will also have to float to ICU when needed. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Additional Details NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024). Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico. ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED/AGENCY SUSPENDED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
