ACTIVE RN LICENSE – Temp license will not be accepted
Procedures performed on unit:
Assist with Line placement
Assist with Circumcision
Assist with Intubation
Patient Experience Required:
Family centered care
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
Scrub Color

Royal Blue Medical City Healthcare Scrubs (Purchased from Scrubs and Beyond)
Nail Policy –
Clean and Healthy, no nail polish, artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.
Hair -
hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed.
Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.
Tattoos –
Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
Piercings
– Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited.
This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.
Other –
No perfumes or lotions
