What's the Job?
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Java applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews to create scalable and maintainable systems.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Java 8+, including multithreading, concurrency, and functional programming.
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Jakarta EE.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
7+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
