FRAMECAD is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Director to drive our regional growth in the Americas.

The Americas Regional Sales Director will lead this team with a focus on performance and engagement.

What you will be doing

As a Regional Sales Director at FRAMECAD, you will focus on building a world class high-performing sales team on both sides of the bow to drive new business growth and expand existing accounts while achieving ambitious revenue and profitability targets. Your responsibilities include fostering strong customer relationships, enhancing brand reputation, and delivering exceptional customer success outcomes through strategic leadership and collaboration with Product and Marketing teams. By mentoring your team, introducing new products to market, providing market insights and helping to close deals, you will contribute to FRAMECAD's global strategy, ensuring sustained regional growth and alignment with our vision, "Make Building Better."

What we are looking for

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales and team development within construction and/or technology sectors. You should excel in customer relationship management, negotiation, and launching new products while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Strong financial acumen, market intelligence expertise, and the ability to align regional insights with global strategy are essential. Skills and Experience:

Proven sales leader experience with a strong track record in market entry and expansion. Extensive experience in both new business and key account management. Familiarity with selling and coaching others on SaaS products. Strong background in regional management, emphasizing sales, customer success, and business support. In-depth knowledge of the building and construction industries, including local dynamics, regulatory frameworks and competition. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all levels of decision-makers, including C-Suite executives. Analytical and data-driven with a commercially astute, entrepreneurial mindset. Passionate advocate for customer success and sustainability

Location & Travel:

This position could be based in any major city within the US. Frequent local and occasional international (to our head office in New Zealand) travel will be required to be successful in this position.
