You will also oversee the implementation of policies and plans to promote quality and excellence, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.MUST HAVES:Hands-on experience in either Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing trades. Management experience.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversees and coordinates the workflow of assigned staff and departments to ensure projects are completed in a timely and quality manner.Planning, organizing, and controlling functions and activities of plant operations and building renovations.Estimates costs for labor, equipment, and materials for facilities projects.Oversees construction and design projects to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and contractual requirements.Inspects facilities and approves renovations, maintenance, and installations as needed.Maintains records of facility use, maintenance schedules, and compliance with regulations.Communicates with other departments to address facilities needs and resolve issues.Maintains design, construction, and access records.Assists in preparing the annual facilities management and special project budgets.EDUCATION & EXPEIRNECE:Strong knowledge of facilities planning, building codes, and regulations.Excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.Technical expertise in electrical, HVAC, and high voltage systems.Basic understanding of building design, construction, and maintenance.Interested in hearing more?
