The
Operations Manager
oversees customer accounts and manages employees responsible for cleaning and maintaining office buildings or other commercial and institutional premises. This role involves supervising activities across multiple job sites. Position Responsibilities
The
Operations Manager
is responsible for the following (other duties may be assigned): Interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. Resolving and responding to employee and customer issues. Assigning tasks to workers and inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Overseeing safety requirements for new employees, including site-specific training. Managing supplies and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and availability. Supervising and recording employee timekeeping. Performing the duties of supervised employees if necessary. Conducting site inspections and providing customers with monthly reports on building conditions and work progress. Additional Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of business-to-business service industries and the components of sales and service delivery in a “commodity” type environment. A minimum of a four-year degree. A valid driver’s license. This job description is subject to change as needed.
