Solderer

MUST BE A US CITIZEN (ITAR REQUIREMENT). Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as a Solderer. What are the main functions of this role? Micro-soldering under a microscope for an extensive period. Build cables and harnesses from schematics. Quality verification and inspection under a microscope Identify, repair, and replace wire harnesses and cable assemblies. Required Skill Sets: Ability to solder electronic components including surface mount, ball grid arrays, quad flat packs, and through hole parts. Operate multi-meters to conduct point-to-point current connection. Ability to use microscopes to inspect micro-components for installation verification and failure identification. Hot air rework and circuit card baking operations. Preparation, application, and curing of materials such as Humiseal, Parylene, and other conformal coatings.
