Responsibilities Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates for custom millwork projects. Accurately calculate material, labor, and overhead costs for projects ranging from residential to commercial millwork. Provide competitive and comprehensive bids to clients and contractors. Consult with clients, architects, and designers to understand project needs and expectations. Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure estimates align with manufacturing capabilities and timelines. Education and/or Experience Proven experience as an estimator or designer in custom millwork, cabinetry, or a related field. Strong knowledge of millwork materials, construction methods, and finishing techniques. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and technical specifications. Familiarity with estimation software, CAD programs, and project management tools. Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Apply below to find out more
