The Role As an Asphalt Paving Foreman , you will be responsible for on-site leadership of asphalt paving crews, ensuring smooth and timely completion of projects. Your key duties will include: Supervising asphalt crew activities, including spreading, rolling, and tamping operations. Touring job sites to monitor progress and compliance with schedules and specifications. Measuring material slopes and thickness to ensure adherence to project contracts. Coordinating daily with Project Managers and Superintendents to align schedules and production goals. Promoting safety on job sites for crew members and the public.
