Contract Attorney

The Ford Agency is currently recruiting multiple candidates for direct hire roles at a mid-size litigation firm in DC as a Contract Attorney. This is a terrific role for an up-and-coming Associate with 1 years of experience who is currently barred in DC and looking to gain more experience in complex litigation. Responsibilities Include: Review and analyze documents for depositions and/or case relevance Conduct legal research Assist Partners and Associates with complex litigation matters Assist with other special projects Qualifications Include: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Admission to the DC Bar 1 years of experience in Litigation Excellent research and writing skills and strong analytical skills Proficiency is MS Office Proficiency with e-discovery tools and knowledge of e-discovery procedures and resources Strong interpersonal skills and ability interact with different constituencies (other attorneys, clients, courtroom officials) Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
