System Analyst

TEKsystems is hiring for a System Analyst to join their client's IT support team. Key Responsibilities: Provide troubleshooting and resolve computer support issues, escalating when necessary. Configure, maintain, and deploy desktop equipment and related group policies (GPOs). Follow established technical and procedural processes. Utilize system management tools extensively and support various software services. Deliver support in a complex, multitasking environment, often working independently. Collaborate with the help desk team to ensure cooperative and efficient problem-solving. Serve a diverse customer base, including leadership, IT managers, and staff. Required Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. General software troubleshooting expertise. Experience in creating standard operating documentation for undocumented processes. Ability to create troubleshooting documentation for newly discovered software and hardware issues. Experience in evaluating new hardware and software for company standardization. Preferred Experience: Remote support capabilities. Workstation imaging experience. Adaptable learner with a keen interest in IT. Experience using InTune for remote and mobile device management.
