Manager of Group Accounting Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly consolidation and reporting process for subsidiary companies across the Americas
- Manage multi-currency financial reporting and ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Analyze financial statements and present findings to leadership, including monthly reviews
- Collaborate with subsidiary controllers and financial directors to obtain accurate financial data
- Prepare annual budgets and assist in year-end audits
- Provide analysis for P&L statements and support strategic financial decision-making
- Maintain and improve reporting processes, leveraging advanced Excel skills
- Assist in evaluating systems and potential improvements for financial consolidation
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in consolidation, reporting, and budgeting across multiple subsidiaries and currencies
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with manufacturing accounting
- Knowledge of multiple accounting standards
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment
