Job Title: MRI Technologist Shift: FRI-SUN - 7PM - 7:30AM 3X12 Weekends Average Daily Census: 35-40 cases/day Patient Diagnoses: Inpatient and outpatient workload, specializing in neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal imaging. No cardiac imaging. Scanning of all implants. Predominantly oncology cases, with stroke workup or trauma as well. Electronic Documentation: EPIC Years of Experience Required: 2 years Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Special Imaging Procedures: Fusion (non-brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image post-processing (e.g., Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction), Maximum intensity projection (MIP), Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Perfusion, Spectroscopy, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 Weighted Images, T-2 Weighted Images Spine Imaging: Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic Job Requirements
Certifications Required: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) BLS (Basic Life Support) Ohio State License Skills Required: Experience in Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, and Pediatric Acute Care Proficiency in Abdominal, Female Pelvis, Male Pelvis, Chest, Brain, Face/Soft Tissue Neck, Hip/Bony Pelvis, Knee, and Shoulder imaging Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and Siemens equipment Schedule Information
