This role requires a strategic thinker who is creative, forward-thinking, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in payments and platforms, as well as the ability to work with the global team and create innovative solutions. ResponsibilitiesLead the team in creating innovative payment solutions that meet the needs of customers.Manage and mentor a team of engineers, and designers.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of payment platform initiatives.Monitor and analyze trends in the payments industry and develop strategies to capitalize on those trends.Ensure compliance with all applicable payment regulations.Utilize data to inform decisions and strategies.Keep up to date with industry best practices and new technologies.Create and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors.QualificationMinimum 12 years of work experience in technology and minimum 5 years of payments industry experienceExcellent Communication and Organizational SkillsStrong Business and technical knowledgeAbility to work independently yet collaborate in a global team environment.Experience In Developing and Executing Product StrategiesKnowledge Of Payments PlatformsFamiliarity With International Payments RegulationsFamiliarity with SWIFT and Iso paymentsTechnical Proficiency In Payments TechnologyStrong Experience With:Microservices architectureAPI development using Java.
