Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Plume’s brand, including RWAs projects and technology partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that highlight the benefits of Plume’s platform. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals. Have a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies. Be fully integrated into our marketing processes and lead key marketing initiatives. Be driving significant engagement and growth within the Plume ecosystem. Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in marketing at a reputable Web3 startup or a large tech company, with a focus on ecosystem or partner marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the RWA space. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment. Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree in a related field must have an exceptional work history. What to expect from Plume
Salary ranges are competitive with top startups. As an early employee, you will receive a competitive equity grant. Fully remote with the option to come into the NYC office any time. Full medical, dental, and vision benefits. Two all-expenses-paid offsites per year.
