About the Role:
Join Boston Scientific as a Global Senior Product Manager for our Vascular Access, Bare Metal Stents, and Outside the Hospital (OTH) business. In this impactful role, you will help drive the success of a $250M global franchise by managing multiple recent product launches, including innovative new offerings across the portfolio.
You will play a critical role in shaping strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and executing plans that deliver on the franchise’s growth objectives. Your Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the Global Senior Product Manager to lead for Vascular Access/Bare Metal Stents and OTH space, tasked to devise strategies & tactics to help Boston Scientific expand overall market share leadership in this space.
Play a lead role in positioning & messaging strategy across multiple recent product launches.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral to support all launch activities.
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in close collaboration with Brand Activation and Digital Marketing.
Work closely with the Divisional Sales and Corporate Sales teams, including overseeing the development of sales training materials.
Utilize classic marketing capabilities to maximize market penetration globally through key competencies such as forecasting, pricing acumen, market understanding, market segmentation, and channel identification.
Develop strong relationships with US KOLs to help validate commercial strategies.
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS required
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for experience in the medical device industry or a related healthcare field
Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Must have strong experience in either Downstream (product management/product launch/commercialization) or Upstream (new product development)
Demonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team member, and ability to develop deep clinical expertise in a medical device product line
Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects
Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic environment.
Position can require ~10-15% travel (some international may be included)
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA preferred
Experience in the Peripheral Vascular space
