The DE will intentionally seek new funding sources while maintaining and building relationships with current/past donors through prospect research, donor cultivation, gift solicitation, and appropriate and timely stewardship. The DE will develop a written donor strategy for each relationship, including the donor’s giving capacity and crafting appropriate financial asks and invitations to partner. Love on our donors by spending time with them in person, and getting to know their passions and interests. Discover what uniquely motivates each donor and help connect them with their passions through MDI. Mentor Recruitment –

there are so many incredibly gifted Christians in the world who would love to invest their wisdom and expertise in the Kingdom. You can help make this possible by connecting Christian executives to the opportunity to unleash ministry leaders’ God-given potential. We’ll connect you with a referral network, mentor criteria, promotional materials, and access to our mentors for candidate recommendations in collaboration with the Director of Mentoring.
