OT on an Exempt 1099 Contract located in CONUS - Washington DC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting a branch of DOE that leverages science and technology to address energy, environmental, and nuclear challenges.
JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as an Energy Technical Consulting (Training and Education Program Specialist) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focusing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOE | OP).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Develops training materials and programs to support workforce understanding of energy trends.
Assess and inventory workforce education programs, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in energy sector training.
Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services.
Responsible for developing analyses, supporting initiatives, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Develop methodologies, forecasts, and visual reports to support workforce and energy market trends analysis.
Desired Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess expertise in their respective field, with experience in energy, policy, and technical consulting.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Candidates typically require a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., energy, environmental science, policy, or engineering) and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
