Do you have at least 1 year of experience as a Cycle Counter in a warehouse environment? Are you searching for opportunities for a long-term career with advancement potential? Then consider joining us as a Cycle Counter at our site in West Jefferson, Ohio! Your Role

You will report to a Supervisor and perform weekly cycle counts, make system adjustments, and maintain accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection. There are multiple shifts available. Monday to Friday from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and will be paid weekly at $22.50 per hour. Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm and will be paid weekly at $23.00 per hour. Thursday to Tuesday (excluding Sunday) from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and will be paid weekly at $23.00 per hour. Your Responsibilities Maintain inventory records and inventory management procedures

Reconcile inventory and coordinate inventory procedures

Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory

Implement recovery program to ensure all defective product is accounted for and handled properly

Help oversee the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reports

Conduct system searches to locate products

Develop a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location

Process proper documentation to create a prompt credit transaction

Develop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts

Your Skills and Experiences High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of recent experience in cycle counting and inventory control

1+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift

PC literate with experience in Microsoft Suites

WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience

Experience operating material handling equipment
