Manage general corporate legal work for tech companies, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial agreements. Requirements:
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in venture capital, emerging technology, blockchain, or cryptocurrency legal work, preferably within a major law firm. Expertise:
Proven ability to advise on venture capital financings and blockchain-related matters. Bar Membership:
Active membership in the State Bar of California or eligibility to practice law in California. Attributes:
Strong academic credentials, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a collaborative, client-focused approach. Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Active bar membership in good standing in California. Skills:
