LOCAL TRAVELERS -Please only submit candidates that area aware of their

Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Please note
time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered
for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be
approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one
must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills
checklist/competency assessment. 13
weeks assignment with minimum 2 years' experience current required in Med/Surg/Tele
or Progressive Care unit required; ICU Experience also preferred and a plus .
Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.
Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Position
will float to other areas - most likely ICU - as needed but will only be
required to perform skills within scope of practice . Will float
to ED to care for admitted inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands. CERTS : BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
certification required. BLS and ACLS must be completed through American Heart
Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR
experience preferred. Traveler
must provide current Cardiac Arrhythmia prior to assignment. SHIFTS : 12 hour Varied
position. Traveler will mainly be Med-Surg/Tele but will also have to float to
ICU when needed. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department
staffing needs. On call, weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are
first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent
assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same
shifts. ORIENTATION : 1st week of the
contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.

SCRUBS : RNs may wear ANY solid color. The scrub top,
pant, and jacket (if worn) must be the same solid color to match.
