We are currently seeking a talented Mid-Level Land Use and Zoning Associate Attorney to support our growing practice.**

Provide legal counsel and guidance on land use, zoning, and real estate matters.Conduct research, analyze statutes, ordinances, and regulations related to land use and zoning.Draft and review legal documents, including land use applications, zoning permits, and agreements.Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and meetings with local government entities and regulatory agencies.Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on complex land use and zoning cases.Assist in advising clients on environmental regulations, compliance, and permitting issues.
