Growing construction company located in Englewood is looking for a Project Accountant to help them with some year-end work.The Project Accountant role is on-site.

Project Accountant *****

Contract Value ***** Ensure contract values in foundations match billing documents; upload change orders as necessary (46 jobs).

Billed to Date ***** Reconcile billed amounts in foundations with billing documents (46 jobs).

Closed Jobs ***** Perform cost true-up for closed jobs, ensuring contract value and billed amounts match the final invoice (17 jobs).

GL/JC Activity ***** Prepare correcting journal entries for FYE 2024, addressing known issues related to overhead jobs.

Cost to Complete ***** Update job-level cost data for January through October; update cost code-level data for November and December.

Project Accountant Skills/*****- construction industry experience- 5+ years of accounting experience- experience with Foundation software is highly desiredHours for the Project Accountant are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (with flexibility) in a business-casual environmentLocal Project Accountant candidates only please
