Senior DevOps Engineer
Fidelity Investments is looking for top DevOps engineering talent that can, via skilled development of CI/CD processes, deliver enterprise scale customer facing services. This role will play a key part in developing Fidelity’s next generation of life events planning solutions.
The Team
As part of the Advanced Process Solutions division within Fidelity Investments, you will join a Scrum team of 6-8 hardworking individuals tasked with re-imagining the customer experience and associate workflow for Fidelity. The team will be focused on developing a new microservices based platform to support life events and beneficiary qualification process. The product would be developed primarily using Java, JavaScript, Python and AWS services.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / similar technical subject area and/or equivalent experience
Proven experience of 5-8+ years in a DevOps role
Strong Linux systems administrative expertise
Experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, ECS is required
AWS or Kubernetes Certification preferred
Pipeline automation and orchestration using the following stack: CodeBuild/CodePipeline, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode, Docker, GIT, Maven, Kubernetes
Expertise in developing Jenkins pipelines along with use of Maven/Gradle for CI/CD
Experienced on how development teams build their APIs and common deployment models
Experience with monitoring automation systems such as Datadog, ELK, CloudWatch or Splunk.
Understanding of networking infrastructure and protocols
