Senior Accountant for Large Nonprofit Firm
Working as a Senior Accountant with the Firm:
Extremely stable non-profit organization, over $200M budget and has been established over 30 years
Organization works with over 25K individuals and families annually

This is a hybrid role located in Midtown, Manhattan
Role Responsibilities: Senior Accountant
Hands on accounting including, but not limited to daily bank reconciliations
Conducting balance sheet analysis, inputting into their general ledger, and expense allocations
Supporting the Month-end close
Supporting internal audits and desk audits monthly
Ad Hoc responsibilities the Controller assigns to you
Preferred Qualifications: Senior Accountant
3+ years of accounting/finance experience with a nonprofit; Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Solid Excel skills and also experience with working with various accounting systems
Strong work ethic and team player
