Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a corporation in Arlington, VA to bring an FP&A Coordinator to their team. The FP&A Coordinator will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in the preparation, coordination, and execution of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. The role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The FP&A Coordinator will also collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights to assist in key financial decisions. Support the budgeting process by collecting and analyzing data from various departments. Monitor and track financial performance against budgeted goals, providing variance analysis and explanations. Prepare and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning. Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and projections. Support the preparation of presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, track performance, and identify areas for financial improvement. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within financial systems and reports. Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from management. Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational information. Coordinate with other teams, such as accounting and operations, to ensure alignment between financial forecasts and actual performance.
