About the Company and Opportunity:
Our client is an established real estate development company.
Due to growth, they are hiring an
Property Accountant
to work
100% onsite
in their Gaithersburg, MD office.
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8-5p, in office in Bethesda, MD.
Duration:
temp-to-perm
Pay: 30-34/hr
depending on experience!

Overview of the Property Accountant role:
Preparing and analyzing property financial statements, budget reports, and handling multiple ledgers and tasks.
Reconciling multiple cash accounts, attending property management meetings, preparing information for auditors and working with auditors during financial statement and compliance audits,
Preparing regulatory reports and other tasks.
Ad hoc projects as assigned from the Controller.
Preferred Qualifications for the Property Accountant:
5+ years of Property Accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
MRI, RealPage, Yardi experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
