Salary: $70,000- $100,000

Revenue Cycle Manager

Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Cycle Manager:
Oversee efforts to enhance net revenues, reduce receivables, and improve compliance with payor requirements. Analyze revenue cycle trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
Lead projects related to charge master maintenance, pricing strategy, and cash collections. Regularly update leadership on billing performance, addressing significant issues and ensuring resolution.
Collaborate with other department managers to streamline Professional Billing and Patient Financial Services operations.
Mentor and manage staff, ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals. Monitor budget adherence and maintain adequate controls through policies and procedures.
Act as a subject matter expert in payer relations, ensuring contracts and reimbursement processes are optimized.
Qualifications of the Revenue Cycle Manager:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or equivalent experience.
Must have hospital billing experience.
4+ years of core revenue cycle experience.
Strong leadership and delegation skills, with a proven ability to mentor and manage staff.
EPIC system experience is a plus.
